The present invention is configured such that a radial outer circumferential surface (OS) of a stator and an insulating planar part (20C) of an insulating base (20UB) on which crossover wire guides (42) are formed, the planar part (20C) being perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the stator, are covered by composite resin (51) of a prescribed thickness. Due to this configuration, since the insulating planar part of the insulating base on which the crossover wire guides are formed and the outer circumferential surface of the stator are covered by the composite resin, even if a winding force acts toward the inside of the stator when a crossover wire is wound around the crossover wire guides, changes in the installation angles of the crossover wire guides are suppressed by the composite resin present on the outer circumferential surface of the stator, thereby causing no loosening of the crossover wire. |
