PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a coke having high strength and excellent extrusion ability from a coke oven.SOLUTION: A coke production method of the invention comprises: a preparation step for blending two or more kinds of coals for preparing a coal blend; an agitation and mixing step for agitating and mixing the coal blend for cracking pseudo particles in the coal blend formed by aggregation of the coal particles at least partially; and a dry distillation step for discharging the coal blend after being subjected to agitation and mixing into a coke oven for performing dry distillation, for producing a coke. The agitation and mixing step includes a step for cracking the pseudo particles in the coal blend so that a cracking degree becomes equal to or more than 0.6. |
