MGAPSO MOLECULAR SIEVE AND ITS USAGE

PURPOSE: To provide an MgAPSO molecular sieve having activity in conversion of particularly hydrocarbon and provide a method to enhance remarkably product amount of paraxylene by using the molecular sieve. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline MgAPSO molecular sieve contains 0.003-0.035 mol magnesium in a framework structure of microporous crystal. A catalyst composition composed of the molecular sieve, a platinum group metal and an inorganic matrix, and a method of hydrocarbon conversion using the catalyst composition are provided.
