A small cell user authentication method, comprising: a small cell receives an access request sent by an accessing terminal, wherein the access request carries IMSI information of the accessing terminal; the small cell determines whether or not the international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) of the accessing terminal is in a CSG user list of the small cell, and if the accessing terminal is in the closed subscriber group (CSG) user list, then allowing the accessing terminal to access the small cell, and if the accessing terminal IMSI is not in the small cell CSG user list, then the small cell acquires from a server a mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI; if the accessing terminal mobile phone number is not in the small cell CSG user list, then a small cell request management terminal determines whether or not to allow the accessing terminal to access the small cell; the small cell receives a determination result of the management terminal, and according to the determination result determines whether or not to allow the accessing terminal to access the small cell. |
