Disclosed are a network sharing method, apparatus and system, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining access user information and bandwidth occupancy information of network sharing operators, and determining service execution sequence information of access users; correcting the bandwidth occupancy information of the network sharing operators; allocating bandwidth resources according to the service execution sequence information of the access users and the corrected bandwidth occupancy information of the network sharing operators; and collecting statistics of actual bandwidth resource information, and performing service balancing between base stations according to the collected statistical actual bandwidth resource information, or determining a new bandwidth correction value to correct bandwidth occupancy information of the network sharing operators next time. |
