A vaginal expansion rod (10), comprising an inner rod (110) and a cylindrical water bag sleeve (120) sleeved on the inner rod (110), the water bag sleeve (120) being for causing the vaginal expansion rod (10) to expand under the action of filling with water so as to have a different outer diameter. In the process of an operation using the vaginal expansion rod (10), the water bag sleeve (120) at first has no or little water filled therein, and the vaginal expansion rod expands a vaginal tunnel incision and has a small dimension, and subsequently the vaginal expansion rod (10) is gradually filled with water, without pulling out the vaginal expansion rod (10), such that the vaginal expansion rod (10) gradually expands to a required size under the action of filling with water, thus avoiding a drop in abdominal pressure and the formation of false tunnels caused by pulling out the vaginal expansion rod (10). |
