The present invention relates to a coupling device for a plastic pipe, comprising: a main body having a length; a pair of first fixating units installed on one side in a longitudinal direction of the main body, to align and fixate by surrounding and pressing an outer circumference of an expansion part of the pipe or a sleeve disposed therebetween when a distance between the pair becomes narrow; a pair of second fixating units installed on the other side opposite to the first fixating units in a longitudinal direction of the main body, to align and fixate by surrounding and pressing an outer circumference of the pipe disposed therebetween when a distance between the pair becomes narrow; a heater unit provided with a heater block having a heating line applied with power from the outside, connected to the main body to move between the first and the second fixating units facing each other or to move beyond the first and the second fixating units, having a first taper surface with an outer pipe gradually expanding toward the other side to forcedly insert an outer diameter on one side into the sleeve or the expansion part of the pipe, and a second taper surface with an inner pipe gradually shrinking toward one side to forcedly insert the outer side of the pipe facing an inner diameter of the other side; and a driving unit to move at least one among the first fixating units, the heater unit, and the second fixating units or the first fixating units and the second fixating units, to narrow or expand the distance therebetween, wherein the whole surface of the first and the second taper surfaces have shapes corresponding to a male and female structure. |
