PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which, using a conductive polymer as its solid electrolyte, features low ESR and LC and few shorting defects, and a manufacturing method for the solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte layer consists of a first solid electrolyte layer 4 formed on the surface of an anodic oxide film 3 and a second solid electrolyte layer 5 formed on the surface of the first solid electrolyte layer 4. The first solid electrolyte layer 4 is composed with a conductive polymer containing at least one sulfone group and at least one amino group or containing as a dopant an organic acid having at least one sulfone group and at least one imino group. The second solid electrolyte layer 5 is composed with a conductive polymer containing as a dopant an organic acid having at least one sulfone group. |
