PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer machine which can reduce physical burden on a user and can alleviate restriction of the user.SOLUTION: A transfer machine 10 includes: a facing-type body support part 20 for supporting a care receiver's body; an angle adjustment part 18 attachably/detachably supporting the body support part 20 and capable of adjusting an angle of the body support part 20; a position adjustment part 16 allowing the care receiver to sit thereon, supporting the angle adjustment part 18, and adjusting a position in a horizontal direction of the angle adjustment part 18 and body support part 20; and a seat part 150 arranged in a rear side of the body support part 20 so as to cover a hip and lumbar from a rear side and being attachable/detachable. The transfer machine further includes: a pair of foot-rests 28a, 28b movable in synchronization with the body support part 20 in the same direction as a moving direction of the body support part 20; a clinging part 24 arranged in a front side of the body support part 20; a head support part 178 supporting a head part; a chin support part 22 supporting a chin; and a pair of armpit support parts 26a, 26b supporting armpits.
