A mask plate (10, 20), which relates to the technical field of display and can keep exposure distances consistent so that exposed patterns have the same exposed pattern deformation and identical exposed pattern size. The mask plate (10, 20) has two types: one type of mask plate comprises a light-tight area (11) and a light-permeable area (12), and spacers (13) of the same height are arranged in the light-tight area (11); the other type of mask plate comprises an active display area (21) and a non-active display area (22), and spacers (23) of the same height are arranged in the non-active display area (22). The mask plate (10, 20) can be used in a color film substrate manufacturing process. |
