Disclosed are an anthranilic diamide compound and use thereof. The compound is an anthranilic diamide derivative represented by general formula (I) or (II) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The novel anthranilic diamide compound of the present invention has a good effect on pest control, is used to prepare a pesticide for the fields of agriculture and horticulture, and is efficient, low-toxicity and environmentally friendly.
