The present invention relates to a passive catalytic hydrogen recombiner which installs a blocking plate (B) for bonding heterogeneous metals (B1, B2) with different coefficients of thermal expansion to be parallel to one side wall inside the hydrogen recombiner (A). A lower end or an upper end of the blocking plate (B) is fixed on an inner side wall of the hydrogen recombiner (A), and performs expansion and contraction parallel to the temperature so as to block an air passage when the temperature increases, and to open the air passage when the temperature decreases.
