Coagulation factor VII polypeptides

The present invention relates to modified human coagulation Factor VII polypeptides having coagulant activity, especially variants having higher proteolytic activity and reduced antithrombin reactivity (increased resistance to inactivation by anti-thrombin) when activated as compared to wild-type FVIIa. The variants have certain substitutions at position T293 of mature human FVII in combination with specifc substitutions at L288, W201 and/or K337. The claims are also directed to pharmaceutical compositions, and medical uses of said factor VII polypeptides.
