1. An engine system containing an engine and a work machine in a single package,
the package having an internal space thereof divided into a top compartment and a bottom compartment, the top compartment containing a radiator chamber accommodating a radiator and a radiator fan, the bottom compartment containing the engine, the bottom compartment having an external wall panel onto which a battery unit housing a battery and a charger is attached outside the package, the battery unit including a dedicated ventilation fan and a unit ventilating section that introduces outside air into an enclosure of the battery unit when the ventilation fan operates, the enclosure having a lower portion thereof divided to accommodate a package ventilating section that ventilates the bottom compartment of the package, the package ventilating section introducing outside air through an outside air inlet provided in a bottom face of the enclosure and passing the outside air through an outside air outlet provided in a side face of the enclosure, to deliver the outside air to the bottom compartment through a vent provided in the external wall panel, and there being provided a detachable bottom compartment inspection window in the external wall panel below the battery unit. |
