The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the opening and closing operation of a plastic greenhouse. According to the present invention, the apparatus for controlling the opening and closing operation of the plastic greenhouse comprises: a motor (130) to open and close the plastic greenhouse or an insulation cover; and a control unit (120) checking predetermined conditions and varying the rotation rate of the motor (130) depending on time to operate the motor (130) so that the opening and closing rate of the plastic greenhouse or insulation cover consistently maintains a constant level. The present invention varies the rotation rate of the motor depending on time during the opening and closing operation of the plastic greenhouse or insulation cover, thereby allowing the winding rate of the plastic greenhouse or insulation cover to maintain a constant level. Accordingly, a sudden change in the internal temperature of the plastic greenhouse is prevented so as to maintain an optimal cultivation environment. |
