Provided are a novel phosphonate derivative of phosphonomycin represented by Formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds as active ingredients, and use of the phosphonate derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing antibiotic drugs. In Formula I, n is an integer of 0-5, and R is linear, branched, unsaturated or halogen-substituted alkyl having 4-20 carbon atoms.
