PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when a request for the start of communication with a communication terminal which is communicating is accepted in a communication system, it is possible to notify a request source of information on waiting such as waiting order by managing identification information on the request source; however, the management of the identification information increases a burden on a side making the start of communication wait due to, for example, operation of information input.SOLUTION: On accepting a request for the start of communication between a terminal 10bb and a terminal 10aa, a management system 50 adds and manages the communication ID of the terminal 10aa as the communication ID of a terminal 10 waiting for the start of communication with the terminal 10bb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
