PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with sound volume setting means capable of decreasing a sound volume by an instruction from the outside regardless of a sound volume by the sound volume setting means.SOLUTION: A performance control device 300 is provided with a function to control an output sound volume of a speaker based on the setting by sound volume setting means 46. When sound volume regulation signal reception means receives a sound volume regulation signal, a sound volume of a game performance sound output from the speaker is set to a predetermined first sound volume which is not based on the setting by the sound volume setting means. When occurrence of an abnormality is detected by abnormality detection means, an abnormality notification sound is output from the speaker in synchronization with a frame update timing with a predetermined second sound volume larger than the first sound volume which is not based on the setting by the sound volume setting means regardless of whether or not it is set to the predetermined first sound volume. When the elimination of the abnormality is detected by abnormality elimination detection means, the abnormality notification sound is stopped in synchronization with the frame update timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 34 |
