The present invention relates to a system for providing a safe shipping service of a small vessel using a smart device interworking with a wireless communications terminal and, more particularly, to a system in which the wireless communications terminal is mounted on risk factors including vessels, a floating matter, a fish farm, and a rock, which are difficult to be identified with naked eyes during the voyage to communicate with a user terminal in a wireless manner so as to precisely identify the location of the risk factors to provide the same to a user on board, so the system can be used all the time regardless of day or night while not being affected by weather. Furthermore, the distance between the wireless communications terminal mounted on the risk factors and the user terminal located in the vessel, is recognized to operate a dedicated application of the user terminal as the mutual distance approaches, so as to provide a warning function by each stage in accordance with the distance such as increasing the strength of a warning sound or increasing the number of times of flickering of a warning screen. Therefore the user on board can objectively detect the distance between the risk factors, thereby promptly dealing with the risk factors to reduce damage due to an accident at sea. |
