Provided are: a solar cell module which is provided with a solar cell group, in which a plurality of solar cells are arranged, and a first heat storage layer that is disposed on the back surface side of the solar cell group, and wherein the first heat storage layer contains 80% by weight or more of a latent heat storage material that contains a first latent heat storage material having a phase change temperature (T1); a method for manufacturing this solar cell module; and a solar photovoltaic power generation system which comprises this solar cell module. This solar cell module may be additionally provided with a second heat storage layer that contains a second latent heat storage material having a phase change temperature (T2), which is different from the phase change temperature (T1), on the back surface side of the first heat storage layer.
