PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic olefin resin composition film having excellent blocking resistance and toughness.SOLUTION: A cyclic olefin resin composition film containing a cyclic olefin resin 11 and a styrenic elastomer 12 has a first surface part of 25 to 45% of total thickness, a second surface part of 25 to 45% of the total thickness and an internal part of 10 to 50% of the total thickness between the first surface part and the second surface part and an average value of a short axis dispersion diameter of the styrenic elastomer in the first surface part or the second surface part is 75 to 125% of the average value of the short axis dispersion diameter of the styrenic elastomer in the internal part. This can provide excellent blocking resistance and toughness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
