PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a plurality of sets of a photosensor and a display element having a light emitting element in a form of a matrix and capable of achieving high definition.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes photosensors 301 and display elements 101 each having a light emitting element 102. A power source line VR electrically connected to the display elements each having the light emitting element and a power source line VR electrically connected to the photosensors are common, so that the width of the power source line is not narrowed. As the semiconductor device can achieve high definition while ensuring the stability of the electric potential of the power supply line, not only the drive voltage of the display elements each having the light emitting element but also the drive voltage of the photosensors can be stabilized even in a semiconductor device of high definition.
