PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce traffic of communication between a power management device and an apparatus connected with the power management device.SOLUTION: A power management device 10 according to the present invention manages operation of an electric apparatus provided in a user, and comprises: a communication unit 110 that transmits a setting change instruction to the electric apparatus and obtains setting information from the electric apparatus; and a control unit 120 that has the communication unit 110 obtain setting information after the elapse of a prescribed time from the transmission of the setting change instruction by the communication unit 110. The prescribed time is a value based on actual records in the past of a time span between the transmission of a setting change instruction and the acquisition of setting information in which the setting change is reflected. |
