The present invention relates to a variable power transmission device which comprises either: a power generator, a front driver module and a rear driver module; a power generator and one from among a front driver module and a rear driver module; or a power generator. The variable power transmission device transmits power to a driving body and an object that receive the power by producing a rotating force and increasing the rotating force by accelerating rotation, the rotating force being produced from a combination of: an inductive magnetic field which is produced in the front driver module by receiving the power of the driving body, which applies the power, or the power of the driving body, which receives the power; a rotating magnetic field produced by the front driver module and the power generator; a rotating magnetic field produced by the power generator; a rotating magnetic field produced by the power generator and the rear driver module; and an inductive magnetic field produced in the rear driver module by the power generator. The variable power transmission device has a simple structure, reduced driving loss and driving noise, and excellent durability, needs no additional driving costs, and can reduce emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide by increasing the transmission efficiency with low energy consumption.
