摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the management of a vehicle condition and the temperature management of tires that are important to appropriately provide load conditions in a case of evaluating the fuel economy of a test vehicle while mounting the test vehicle on a chassis dynamometer.SOLUTION: Tire cooling fan control units 10 (10F,10R,10F,10R) are provided for the temperature management of tires. Each tire cooling fan control unit includes a ratio setting unit 7, a tire cooling fan 11, an inverter 20 controlling the tire cooling fan 11, and the like. The control unit generates a velocity signal by multiplying a set ratio of a wind velocity to a vehicle velocity set by the ratio setting unit 7 by a vehicle set value from a dynamometer control unit 6. The control unit controls the tire cooling fan 11 via the inverter 20 in response to a difference between the generated velocity signal and a detected velocity of the tire cooling fan 11 (output from a subtraction unit 19), thereby managing the temperature of a contact surface between a roller 2 and the tire.
