PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding drum to be used for molding a large-sized green tire but needing no application of stearic acid to the surface of the green tire when the green tire is peeled.SOLUTION: A tire molding drum (10) is used for molding a large-sized green tire. The tire molding drum (10) comprises: a cylindrical drum body (12) having an outer circumferential surface (14) capable of being diametrically enlarged or reduced; and a membrane (16) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the drum body. The membrane (16) includes a silicon layer (26) for defining a surface thereof, and the silicon layer has a surface roughness Ra of 10 μm or more. |
