The present invention relates to an apparatus (1000) to measure a level of urea solution comprising: a urea solution storage tank (100) wherein a urea solution is stored; a winding pipe (200) installed inside the urea solution storage tank (100) whose inside is hollow, and wherein a plurality of punched holes (201) are vertically arranged and formed in an outer circumferential surface; an insulation coil (300) passing through the plurality of punched holes (201), and wound in a structure wherein winding density is vertically changed on the winding pipe (200); and an inductance converter (400) to convert an inductance value of the insulation coil (300) changed depending on a change in level of the urea solution stored in the urea solution storage tank (100) into a level value.
