The contact has a wire connecting section (11) with a supporting surface at which a wire (18) for electrical connection is arranged in an open position of the contact. Electrical contacting of the wire with the contact is maintained in closed position of the contact. The contact in its open position forms a support for the wire in an area of the wire connecting portion. The support is spaced around measurements of wire strength of a material plane of the connecting section, and is arranged in the material plane in the closed position of the contact. An independent claim is also included for a method for connecting a coil wire to a speaker and microphone of a mobile phone.
