PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin containing surface coated oxide particles, allowing improvement in impact resistance, elastic modulus and heat dimensional stability. SOLUTION: It is achieved by a resin composition consisting of: oxide particles; a long chain compound having a plurality of chemical binding capacities for the surfaces of the oxide particles; and the thermoplastic resin.
