PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which can correctly print by preventing poor adhesion between a fixing plate and a head body, and to provide a liquid jet apparatus. SOLUTION: An adhesion groove 310 prepared along the peripheral edge of openings 301, and air escape grooves 320 and 321 continuously connected with the adhesion groove and extended to the outside of an adhesion region to the head body (recording head body) for making the air in the adhesion groove 310 escape when an adhesive flows into the adhesion groove 310 are formed to an adhesion surface to the head body (recording head body) of the fixing member (fixing plate 300).
