A method for assessment of the prediction of the course of chronic mieloid leukaemia on the level of CD38 antigene expression in cells of the bone brain, comprising the detrmination of relative level CD38 of cells of a bone brain, and at values less than 30 % the prediction corresponds to favorable current of chronic mieloid leukaemia disease, and at values of level CD38, above 30 %, the prediction of disease is adverse one.
