CONSTITUTION: A read circuit reads out data in response to the outside read command from a memory device(S505). The data which is stuck out as described above is decoded the bug fixing(S510). The pass or the failure of the bug fixing decoding is determined(S515). The bug fixing decoding is completed according to the decision result(S520).
