Method involves covering electrically conductive element (14) with one or more layers of electrically-insulating enamel (42), baking the element so as to cure the layer(s) of enamel, and mounting the element on a carrier structure of the collector. Electric continuity zone (43) of electrically conductive element is then treated so as to remove the layer(s) of enamel. - Independent claims are also included for the following : - (1) an electrically conductive element; - (2) a collector.
