<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem in which it is difficult to obtain, through versatile equipment, disclosure information of the other equipment without extending the versatile equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A directory holding part 12 holds a directory which manages a disclosure item to be disclosure-requested from an information request device 200 through a network 300, and a content expressing an answer message to a disclosure request for the disclosure item, the content being related to the disclosure item. An access request receiving part 24 receives a disclosure request for a specific disclosure item managed by the directory from the information request device 200 as an access request to the content related to this disclosure item. A control part 30 specifies an answer content responding to the access request.
