PURPOSE: A system and method for managing a general pipe are provided to enable a general management about a pipe by attaching information recognition method such as bar code or an QR code to each pipe target product. CONSTITUTION: A general management server generates an information recognition code by using a serial number of a product related to the drainage pipe. The general management server stores and transmits information related to a product which is mapped with an information recognition code. An information recognition code printing terminal prints information recognition code to an attachment available type. A user terminal(100) recognizes an information recognition cod from a product which an information recognition code is attached. The user terminal outputs the information related product which is mapped to the information recognition code by receiving the information from an integrated management server. The user terminal transmits the location information and the time information of a product received through an GPS satellite to a general management server.
