PURPOSE: An adult certification apparatus and a method thereof for minor access control are provided to perform confirm a user by scan of a finger print and input of user information. CONSTITUTION: A user information obtaining module(161) inputs user information through an input unit(120). A biometric fingerprint obtaining module(162) generates biometric fingerprint data. A user authentication module(163) searches for whether fingerprint data is registered in a fingerprint database server(200). An adult authentication module performs adult authentication. |
