PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire evaluation method capable of properly evaluating peel resistance performance of a tire tread by making a tire contact a road surface with a camber angle equal to that in normal traveling.SOLUTION: A vehicle to which a tire to be evaluated is attached is traveled by drift travel at a predetermined course while changing turning directions alternately, and a peel state generated on a tread crown part of the tire to be evaluated is measured. Thereby the peel resistance performance of the tire tread is evaluated. The vehicle is a rear wheel drive vehicle or a four wheel drive vehicle, and the tire to be evaluated is attached to a rear wheel of the vehicle. |
