<p>The invention provides an elevator group management control device and an elevator group management control method. The elevator group management control device of the embodiment comprises an actual performance statistics part, a target setting part, an operation time regulating part, and an operation time managing part. The actual performance statistics part conducts statistics of actual performance values of non-response time, i.e., non-response time actual performance values. The target setting part sets target values of non-response time, i.e., non-response time target values. The operation time regulating part regulates energy-saving grades to enable the non-response time actual performance values obtained through the statistics of the actual performance statistics part to be converged at the non-response time target values set by the target setting part. The energy-saving grades indicate energy-saving degrees affecting the non-response time actual performance values. The operation time managing part generates car mask-off codes for restricting passenger cars capable of responding to calls according to the energy-saving grades.</p> |
