PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is applicable to both skin and eyelash and has satisfactory use feeling.SOLUTION: A cosmetic of the present invention contains: polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester expressed by a formula (1) (RCO)O(CHCHO)H (in formula (1), R denotes an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having a linear chain or a branched chain, m denotes an average addition molar number, n denotes an integer of 1 or more); cyclic silicone; and starch octenylsuccinate or a salt thereof. When the content of the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester is A [mass%] and the content of the cyclic silicone is B [mass%], the cosmetic satisfies the relationship of 1≤(A/B)×m≤10. |
