PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin modifier hardly generating delamination even when blended to a thermoplastic resin and capable of improving abrasion resistance, slidable characteristics and creak while maintaining general physical property sufficiently.SOLUTION: There is provided a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft blending to total 20 to 70 pts.mass of an aromatic vinyl monomer (b) and other vinyl monomer (c) copolymerizable with the aromatic vinyl monomer (b) in the presence of 30 to 80 pts.mass of an ethylene polymer (a), where the total of (a), (b) and (c) is 100 pts.mass). The ethylene polymer (a) has a density of 0.900 g/cmor more and less than 0.966 g/cm, a number average molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000, a molecular weight distribution of 5 to 15, and a percentage of a molecular weight of 10,000 or less of 5.5% or more. |
