The present invention is development of a feed additive, capable of replacing antibiotics by mixed culture of each microorganism after separating microorganism represents immune reinforcement effects from microorganism which represents harmful bacteria inhibiting force. In the case of manufacturing with a method of the present invention, provided is an additive with excellent effects of animal growth, capable of relatively reducing time required for fermentation in comparison with the existing culture method, and manufacturing a feed additive containing active ingredients in large quantities.
