<p>The invention relates to a clamping device for rod-shaped profiled elements (3) having a substantially circular cross-section and having a profiled element center axis (R) extending in a longitudinal direction (L) of the rod-shaped profiled element (3), comprising at least two centering clamps (1, 2) spaced from each other along a target center axis (S), each centering clamp having at least two opposing clamping jaws (6, 7, 11, 12) that can be moved centrically between a clamping position and a release position in a movement plane arranged perpendicularly to the target center axis (S), each clamping jaw having a contact surface, which contact surfaces jointly enclose the rod-shaped profiled element (3) in the clamping position and orient the profiled element center axis (R) along the target center axis (S), wherein the shape of the contact surfaces can be changed by means of an adjustable adjustment device and the adjustment device reduces an offset of the target center axis (S) from the profiled element center axis (R) in the clamping position.</p> |
