BENCH FOR MANUFACTURING GIRDERS BY EXTRUSION

The installation has a moving element carried by a fixed rectangular metal decking and including a grid with a series of longerons (2). Each of the longerons has a rear end comprising a step (9), which is partially flattened to be at height of top faces (8) of girders to be produced. A machine has a ski (13) transversely directed and supported against a portion (12) of the step of the longerons, where the portion has a height (h3) corresponding to height of the girders. A drive unit drives the ski with transverse reciprocating motion during the advancement of the grid along the decking.
