PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle less apt to be broken during deformation.SOLUTION: A conductive fine particle has a base particle and a conductive metal layer to cover a surface of the base particle. The conductive metal layer contains nickel and boron. When a surface of the conductive metal layer is observed by an SEM image at 100,000x magnification, 20 or more granular structures having a long diameter of not less than 5 nm nor more than 100 nm exist in a 200 nm square.
