<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting an origin of reference magnetic field measurement which is important for securing accuracy of an electronic compass or magnetic gyro.SOLUTION: The origin correction method is configured to: measure three points of a reference magnetic field vector at single plane rotation operation; determine a linear line equation which is parallel to a rotation axis vector and passing a central point, the rotation axis vector and a coordinate of the central point of the rotation circle; set any one of an intersection point of a perpendicular line extending linearly from a point before correction, a point having size equal to size H0 of the reference magnetic field measured before correction, or a point having an angle same to an angleαformed of the reference vector and gravity vector before correction, among points on the linear line, as a new origin; and set a point which is the most excellent in accuracy in second time rotation, as a final origin.</p> |
