A film-forming apparatus is provided to reduce the time for a forming process and to improve the productivity by preheating a film for forming via a preheating member to be automatically reciprocated. A film-forming apparatus comprises a lower molding(104), an upper molding, a preheating member(120), a rod(124), a pneumatic cylinder(122), a pair of guiding bars(102), an input switching unit(128). The lower molding is fixed on a lower plate(100) to form the film fixing pins(106). The upper molding forms the film put on the lower molding between the lower molding. The preheating member is positioned near the upper part of the lower molding to be reciprocated between a first position at the direct upper part of the lower molding and a second position separated from the upper molding. The rod is combined with the preheating member. The pneumatic cylinder moves the rod back and forth. The pair of guiding bars is penetrated through the preheating member. The input switching unit is connected with the control unit. The preheating member is linearly moved to shift forward or backward the rod by the pneumatic cylinder between the first position and the second position and to be guided by the pair of guide bars.
