PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic lane recognition device with detection accuracy enhanced on a distance from a vehicle to a traffic lane. SOLUTION: This traffic lane recognition device comprises an imaging means 100 imaging a traffic lane extending along a side surface of the vehicle, an angle detection means 200 detecting a roll angle of the vehicle in imaging the traffic lane, and a calculation means 300 calculating the distance from the vehicle to the traffic lane based on image data on the imaged traffic lane and on the detected roll angle.
