<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molded container 1 which puts few restrictions on its structure, and which enables a container body 2, constituting an outer wall of the container, and a surface raw material 3, covering an inner surface of the container body 2, to be separated from each other and recovered. <P>SOLUTION: This injection molded container 1 is equipped with the container body which is formed by using a plastic resin material, injected into a molding tool, as a base material, and the surface raw material 3 for covering the inner surface of the container body 2. In the injection molded container 1, the raw material 3 is stored in the molding tool before the molding of the container body 2, and overlies the container body 2 along with the injection of the resin material to the molding tool; and a mold release accelerator is kneaded into the plastic resin of the container body, so that the plastic resin can be bled out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
