PURPOSE:To attain automatic dialing at a set time by providing a storage device storing number information of a caller extension, number information of a called extension and set calling time information, a clock device and a connection means connecting the caller extension and a called extension at a dialing time. CONSTITUTION:When a caller extension 5 dials a special number to set a call time for automatic dialing, a central controller 2 informs it to the extension 5 by a message so as to dial the number of the called extension 6 and the number of caller time information. When the said number is dialed from the extension 5, the controller 2 stores the number information of the extensions 5, 6 and the dial time information of the storage device 3. When the time of the clock device 4 and the dial time information to the storage device 3 are coincident, the controller 2 calls the extension 5 and sends a call signal to the extension 6.
