PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce initial operation force for rotating a loading unit from an initial position to an inclined direction by a simple structure without adding complicated components, thereby reducing the size and cost of the whole apparatus. SOLUTION: A loading unit rotation apparatus provided with the loading unit 1 arranged so as to be rotated around a horizontally installed rotation axis and a reverse direction energization means (expansion mechanism 7) for biasing the loading unit in a direction reverse to the rotational direction of the loading unit 1 is also provided with a reverse energization absorption means 10 for operating on the loading unit 1 during a period that the loading unit 1 is rotated only by a predetermined set angle and absorbing energization force applied by the expansion mechanism 7.
